ATVAM Administrative Position Available
The All Terrain Vehicle Association of Minnesota (ATVAM) Board of Directors carried a motion to hire an Office Administrator. This Independent Contract position is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative support duties in a manner which will ensure the proper functioning of ATVAM and enhance the effectiveness of our organization. This position works under the general instruction and direction of one or more Board Members. Much of the work performed is done at the initiative of the incumbent.
Qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3+ years of administrative experience
Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Email Applications
Excellent Verbal- Telephone/Written Communication skills
Must have Strong Organizational skills
Ability to Prioritize Work
Professional Customer Service Skills
Experience with Recreational Motor Vehicles and /or Club/State Organizations.
Required Equipment and Software:
Computer, High Speed Internet, Backup source (online or manual),Microsoft Software( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook) Virus Protection Software, Adobe, Zip Software, Scanner, Laser Printer, Ink Jet Printer, Fax Machine ,Paper Cutter.
Office Space and Storage Space for needed Supplies
ATVAM provides: Folding Machine, Electric Letter Opener, Large Copy Machine, Conference Phone, and Heavy Duty Stapler.
